The Project
Located on Broad Street in Birmingham, this 4 Star Hotel is the first UK offering of the Park Regis franchise. The building itself is a modification of the Fiveways shopping centre. During this project, Sage worked on a large portion of the external features of the building. This included the silver Ruukki composite walls, aluminium rainscreen, the Kingspan Benchmark ceramic façade as well as the flat roofing element of the works, which includes the Sarnafil single ply. We are very proud and happy with how the hotel turned out.
