The Project
TATA technologies’ new site at Tachbrook Park, Leamington Spa is the new base for engineering support services, research & development in Warwickshire. This new development further establishes the company’s exponential growth within the region. Around 600 staff will be housed at the new headquarters. Sage were responsible for the roofing and cladding elements of this project. Single ply and hot melt roofing, the flat panel entrance feature, soffits and roof features were meticulously planned and designed.
